Subscription Details
The cut off date for this months box is the 20th. If you join before the 20th you will receive this months special editions, if you join after the 20th of the month then you will receive the following months special editions.
Payments renew on the 01st monthly. If you have purchased after the 20th and are awaiting the following months box, you will not be charged again on the 01st for this cycle.
Our members special editions are sent around the 20th of each month. You can cancel or pause your membership anytime after your first renewal date.

Our wax based products at The Candle Brand are created using our own blend of coconut and rapeseed oils, handmade by the Brand family in Norfolk.
Every fragrance is thoroughly tested to ensure safety and quality.
We are proudly plastic free using only recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging. We even use certified carbon balanced printers working alongside David Attenborough endorsed reforestation projects.
Brand Membership FAQs
The day of initial purchase, and then recurrance of 01st of each month.
Our cut off date for the current months special editions is the 20th;
- If you purchase between 01st and 20th of this month, you will receive this months special edition, and your next recurring payment will be the 01st of next month.
- If you purchase between the 20th and the end date of the month, you will receive the following months special editions sent on the 15th. You will not be charged again on the 01st of the month. Your next recurring payment will be the 01st of the second following month.
We will dispatch around the 15th of every month.
You are able to cancel anytime after your first recurring payment.
If you are able to notify us of cancellation prior to us dispatching the order on the 15th, yes we will be able to stop your order and process a refund.
Due to the nature of the subscription being surprise special edition fragraces, we will be unable to refund orders that have been received.
We will notify you of your discount code once you are a member.

MJ Dens They are such lovely smelling wax melts. The smells lasts and is just as strong at the end as at the beginning. Also very easy to remove once cold from the holder, no need to put in the freezer.
