How It Works

Order Timing:
- Subscribe before the monthly cut-off date to receive that month’s Little Letter Box. Cut-off dates vary by month and are provided below.
- If you subscribe after the cut-off date, your first box will arrive the following month and you will not be charged again.
Dispatch & Payment:
- Boxes ship around the 20th of each month.
- Payments renew automatically on the 1st of every month.
Cancel Anytime:
- Enjoy total flexibility! Cancel or pause your membership anytime after your first renewal.

Key Cut-Off Dates for Each Month

19th: May, July, October, December
20th: January, February, April, June, August, September, November
18th: March

Example: Subscribe by 19th May to receive May’s box and be charged for June’s box on 1st June. Subscribing after this date means your first box will arrive in June and you will not be charged again.
