18Kg - 30Kg = £16.00

30Kg - 50Kg = £20.00

Any order over 50Kg will be calculated and invoiced separately.

Postage will be discussed and invoiced separately.



We are happy to refund your products within 30 days of purchase. Simply send your items back to us in 'NEW CONDITION' and we will refund your original payment method within 7 working days. If your items are not in like new condition, we reserve the right to partially refund. We will not accept any products that have been used. Unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your product has not been used correctly in line with any of our care instructions. We strongly advise that these are read upon using to ensure the best possible experience. We do not take responsibility for return postage costs, and initial postage costs will not be refunded.   3. We will refund your original payment method in line with our RETURN POLICY terms.

Damaged Items in transit

We understand that our products are fragile, and we do our very best to package them for a safe journey. Unfortunately we do have damaged items in transit from time to time, please send a photo of damage to email@thecandlebrand.co.uk, and we will resend your items for you.
